The TRS VL1 Sprayer brings all the outstanding features of our larger V-Series range into a smaller, linkage-mounted design — perfect for narrow rows and tight headlands. While the VL1 is more compact, it still delivers the same exceptional performance and industry-leading features that our larger sprayers are known for.
Its compact design makes it easy to maneuver, while its advanced delivery system ensures your crops receive the protection they need, without waste.

The TRS VL1 Sprayer incorporates the TRS V-Series Spray technology and makes it available to smaller vineyards that want TRS Sprayer efficiency & performance, just on a smaller scale.
The reduced size and weight allows the option to use smaller tractors and is suitable for vineyards with row widths down to 1.5m.

Linkage Mounted SprayerThe TRS VL1 Vineyard Sprayer combines hydraulic efficiency and high quality components to provide a reliable & efficient narrow sprayer solution.
Tangential fans allow a targeted delivery result, requires less power and has better management of spray drift.
10-degree tapered tank floor with a centralised sump & internal baffle for ease of removal of tank content. This also reduces tank surge when on steeper vineyards.
Low sprayer operating power requirement (static) and fan operating noise levels.
Sprayer requires 1 hydraulic tractor remote with indent and a free flow return.
The VL1 has a minimum operating row width of 1.5m making this the narrowest sprayer in our range, check out the features that make this sprayer the best addition to your narrow and steep vineyards.
The TRS VL1 fans are hydraulically driven, allowing for easy fan adjustment from the cab.
The VL1 features Electric Spray Controls, in-cab electric pressure adjustment and individual on/off left & right section valves.
Genuine Weber QU13.5 Tangential Fans, with a maximum treatable canopy height of 2m.
Delivering a maximum volume of 72lpm at 540rpm / 52lpm at 400rpm.
