The TRS O1 Sprayer is a high performance sprayer which is easy to operate, set up and maintain and is the most economically efficient sprayer on the market.
The TRS O1 Sprayers hourly operating costs are lower than well-known competitors with air blast or linier tower technology, this includes fuel burn, less stress on equipment and more effect spray control, due to the O1 targeted spray plume efficient delivery into the canopy and hydraulic configuration.
Common Air blast or Linear tower sprayers power requirement is around 44hp ca. compared to the TRS O1 at less than 16.9hp.

The TRS O1 Sprayer is easy to use and setup, with minimal adjustments required to go spraying, mitigating the risk of operator error. Maintenance has never been so easy, with a central fan greasing system and everything accessible within the pump bay and no PTO shaft to worry about, reducing additional maintenance.
Due to the O1 fully hydraulic drive configuration, the sprayers hourly operating costs are lower than other well known brands which standard Air blast or Linier Tower Technology.
The TRS O1 Sprayer, like all our sprayers, features the precise and reliable Weber Tangential Fan Technology. The Tangential fans deliver a targeted full even 'curtain' of air from top to bottom, ensuring that spray application remains constant regardless of variation in the canopy or undulations in the terrain. The fan size and proximity to the canopy assists with reducing drift and allowing for a more precise placement of spray.
Cat 2 & 3 drawbar connection system with three-point linkage to allow 90 degree turn and safety chain attach points.
The TRS O1 Sprayer is fully hydraulically driven, easy to operate, maintain and use as well as features the same Tangential Fan technology as all our TRS Sprayers, check out even more features on the O1 Sprayer.
Hydraulically adjustable row width means changing your row widths to suit your orchard easy from inside the cab! The optional addition of a hydraulic load sensing system allows the sprayer to manage its own oil requirement on demand and automatically adjust to ensure it is drawing only the minimum power required to run the sprayer.
The TRS O1 Sprayer fitted with Bias Control, is integrated into the IBX100 controller and allows the operator to select a left-hand or right-hand bias for air delivery & fan speed control to mitigate off-target drift.
Designed and manufactured in New Zealand to stand the test of time. Our sprayers are made from high quality steel with a hot dip galvanised chassis and boom. The Tangential fans are protected by way of a break-away system that will work in both transport and working positions and guard rails for the fans.
The O1 Sprayer can be folded into a transport mode position to facilitate road transport or cartage on a truck deck.
