The TRS RN2 Sprayer incorporates the TRS R-Series Spray technology and makes it available to smaller vineyards that want 2-Row recycling efficiency without compromising performance.

The TRS R2 Sprayer provides a targeted spray delivery and even coverage to allow lower rates and improve work rates without compromising the quality of spray coverage. Recapture off target drift, reducing chemical waste, tank refills and downtime of operators.

The reduced size and weight allows the option to use smaller tractors and is suitable for vineyards with row widths down to 1.8m.

The TRS RN2 Vineyard Sprayer combines hydraulic efficiency and Tangential Fan technology to provide a reliable & efficient narrow sprayer solution with the added benefit of recapturing off target spray.

1. Reduce off target drift.

The TRS RN2 Sprayer recaptures up to 40% of annual spray and up to 90% during early season spraying - saving your business on chemical costs & also looking after you business' image by reducing off-target drift.

2. Reduce downtime.

Recapture of spray means less tank fills, this saving you on operator down time while the tank is filling. The RN2 shroud design also acts as wind protection allowing you to spray for longer in conditions that might normally stop you spraying.

3. Ease of setup, use and maintenance.

The TRS RN2 Sprayer is easy to use and setup, with minimal adjustments required to go spraying, mitigating the risk of operator error. Maintenance has never been so easy, with a central fan greasing system and everything accessible within the pump bay and no PTO shaft to worry about, reducing additional maintenance.

Hydraulic spray delivery pump, hydraulic boom fold and fan drive - controlled from inside the cab!

2. Durability and strength.

Designed and manufactured in New Zealand to stand the test of time. Our sprayers are made from high quality steel with a hot dip galvanised chassis and boom. The Tangential fans are protected by way of a break-away system that will work in both transport and working positions and guard rails for the fans. The R-Series shrouds are made from Fibreglass for durability.
